Application process
The best option for pre-spinning spinning effect: It is recommended to add 0.2%-0.6% HC-4018 polyester staple fiber unified oil agent.
Post-spinning: HC-8566 is recommended. Add water in the recommended proportion and mix evenly. The dilution ratio can be adjusted according to the desired effect of the fiber. It is applicable to both spraying process and dipping process.
Precautions
1) Water quality requirements: conductivity below 0.98us/cm, hardness below 3.1mg/L (as CaCO3), pH between 7.0-8.0.
2) This silicone oil is used for fiber production. Before using this silicone oil for other purposes, please test the suitability and use it carefully.
3) All chemicals may have adverse effects on the environment and human body. Please refer to the standards for safe use of chemicals.
4) This silicone oil will freeze when the temperature is below 0℃. Before use, heat it to 20~30℃ to completely dissolve it before use. It will not affect the quality.
5) Pay attention to the oven and keep as much moisture out of the workshop as possible.
6) The shelf life of this product is 6 months. Easy to transport.
