Application process
Usage: Adjust the oil concentration according to the production equipment, process conditions and target OPU.
Silicone-free fiber: The target OPU is 0.15-0.25% at 4de and below, and 0.25-0.4% above 4de. Pre-spinning with silicone fiber:
The usage concentration is 0.3-1%; it is recommended not to add direct water or add a small amount of silicone oil after spinning.
Precautions
1) Water quality requirements: conductivity below 10us/cm, hardness below 3mg/L (as CaCO3), pH between 6.0-8.0.
2) This oil is used for three-dimensional fiber production. Before using this oil for other purposes, please test the suitability before use.
3) All chemicals may have adverse effects on the environment and human body. Please refer to the International Chemical Safety Instructions for details.
4) This oil will become turbid or frozen below 0°C. Before use, warm it to 20-30°C to completely dissolve it before use. It will not affect the quality.
5) This product has a shelf life of 6 months. Avoid direct sunlight and transport it safely.
