Application process
Usage method: Adjust the concentration of the configured oil according to the production equipment, process conditions and target OPU. The target OPU is 0.15-0.25% at 4de and below, and 0.25-0.4% above 4de. Appropriate amount can be added according to product quality requirements. HC-825 cationic antistatic agent and HC-8588 high temperature resistant and highly hygroscopic surface treatment agent.
Precautions
1) Water quality requirements: conductivity below 10us/cm, hardness below 3mg/L (as CaCO3), pH between 6.0-8.0.
2) This oil is used for polyester staple fiber production. Before using this oil for other purposes, please test the suitability before use.
3) All chemicals may have adverse effects on the environment and human body. Please refer to the International Chemical Safety Instructions for details.
4) This oil will become turbid or frozen below 0°C. Before use, warm it to 20-30°C to completely dissolve it before use. It will not affect the quality.
5) This product has a shelf life of 6 months. Avoid direct sunlight and transport as normal chemicals.
