P(VDF-co-TRFE) is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic at room temperature, and P(VDF-Co-TRFE) with a VDF mole fraction between 20 and 50% has a large PR. After high electric field or thermal polarization, its D31 and D33 can reach or even exceed 25 and -25 PC/N, respectively. The piezoelectricity is better than that of Β phase PVDF. Moreover, P(VDF-CO-TRFE) has a higher electromechanical coupling coefficient (KT) than traditional ferrovoltage-electric materials.
