Polycarbosilane (PCS) is a silicone polymer with Si-C bonds as the main chain and active Si-H bonds. It is usually a glassy solid or viscous amber. PCS is the most widely used matrix raw material and ceramic fiberraw material in the field of hot-end components in the national defense industry, andit is also one of the most widely used ceramic precursors. Has a seriesof properties such as high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance, irradiationresistance and corrosion resistance, impact resistance and creep resistance, etc.

Third generation continuous SiC fibers
The third generation continuous SiC fibers has excellentproperties such as low density, high strength and high modulus, highthermal conductivity, good thermal shock resistance, low specific heatcapacity, creep resistance, strong radiation resistance, wear and corrosionresistance, etc. Especially in the high temperature environment above1450°C, its mechanical properties remain basically unchanged. The thirdgeneration of continuous silicon carbide fibers belongs to the near-stoichiometricof continuous SiC fibers, that is, the C/Si ratio in the fibers is close to 1, thus the high temperature resistanceto oxidation is more than 200℃ higher than the second generation ofcontinuous SiC fibers. The product appearance color is brightblack.

Microwave-transparent Continuous Si3N4 fibers
Continuous Si3N4 fibers has low density, high strength andhigh mode, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperatureresistance and oxidation resistance, low dielectric constant andlow dielectric dissipation factor (i.e., in the range of 0.3GHz-18GHz, lowelectromagnetic wave reflectivity, low power consumption and hightransmittance) and other excellent properties, especially in the 1400℃high temperature environment,long-term stable work, good chemicalstability, high temperature mechanical properties and microwave-transparentproperties do not decay, the use of temperature is far more than quartzfibers (800 ℃). Fibers appearance color is light yellow,.

Silicon nitride fiber Application areas

Alumina fiber
The long-term service temperature of alumina continuous fibers can reach about 1200-1300C. The single fiber diameter is about 7-14 microns and does not contain any organic components. It is completely harmless to human health. Its products mainly include: woven fabrics, woven belts, braided ropes, braided sleeves, sewing threads and other textiles, which are used in fireproof and thermal insulation soft potential, ceramic-based and metal-based composite materials. Alumina continuous fiber has high temperature, high strength and oxidation resistance, and is the core material for the production of a new generation of high-end equipment.
