Silicon nitride wave-transparent continuous special fiber is a high-strength and high-mode wave-transparent material. It has the following characteristics:
1: small dielectric constant, small dielectric loss, low electromagnetic wave reflectivity in the range of wave frequency 0.3GHz ~ 18GHz , low power consumption and high transmittance;
2: Low density, basically the same as quartz fiber, and can also achieve reinforcement and weight reduction;
3: High modulus, about twice that of quartz and other fibers;
4: Similar to quartz, glass, etc. Compared with fibers, this fiber product has ultra-high chemical stability, no thermal attenuation in mechanical properties, and can work stably for a long time at 1400°C. The strength of glass fiber begins to decline above 200°C, and the strength of quartz fiber drops sharply above 800°C.
