Product Overview
This product is a PCB liquid photoimageable solder mask ink resin based on alkali-soluble o-cresol novolac epoxy acrylate. It is designed for liquid photoimageable solder mask ink used in PCB manufacturing. It provides excellent solder resistance, flame retardancy, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance, with good folding resistance, chemical gold and tin resistance. It meets RoHS requirements.
