Performance characteristics

It has excellent wetting, smoothing and wear-resistant properties, making coatings and inks smooth, improving gloss, orienting and leveling pigments and fillers, and improving scratch resistance of coatings. Suitable for addition to solvent-based, solvent-free and water-based coatings.

Application

The effect is obvious with a small dosage. The dosage depends on the system, solvent, resin and total solid content.

The dosage is generally 0.1-1.0% of the total amount of paint. It can be added during the sanding, paint mixing stage or at the end.

Its properties are different in different systems. Thorough application testing is necessary to ensure the desired results are achieved.

Transported as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place and keep airtight. Shelf life 12 months.
