Application process
The best option for pre-spinning spinning effect: It is recommended to add 0.2%-0.6% polyester staple fiber unified oil agent.
Post-spinning: HC-8266 silicone oil is directly added to deionized water and stirred for 5 minutes. Stir and mix evenly. The dilution ratio can be adjusted according to the desired effect of the fiber. It is applicable to both spraying process and dipping process.
Precautions
1) The air speed of the oven dehumidification is ≥1.5 meters/second, the relative humidity in the oven dehumidification area is <90%; the moisture content of the fiber strips is <15%; the carrying rate of the bath liquid: 8-10%; the fiber oiling rate: 0.5-1%
2) The shelf life of this product is 6 months. Store in low temperature seal.
