This product is a fluorine-based water-based high-performance release agent. Compared with other release agents, it can apply a thinner coating on the substrate to produce a better release effect and reduce the possibility of surface contamination of the product. This product can be used for molding of various rubbers, using water as a diluent, which is safe and environmentally friendly.

Directions:
1. Dilution
Dilute with water in an appropriate amount and mix evenly. Please adjust the specific amount according to the application and the desired effect.
2. Application method
A uniform thin coating can be formed on the mold surface by spraying, brushing or wiping (the original release coating on the mold surface should be removed before use).
3. Mold cleaning method
The mold release agent of this product can be effectively removed by using an alkaline cleaning agent. (Add a small amount of surfactant to a 10% sodium hydroxide solution, heat it to 60-80°C, and immerse the mold in it for cleaning).
4. Product operating temperature
This product can be used in the temperature range of 0-200℃.
