Introduction and application of Dispersant FS-36

FS-36 dispersant is a grinding dispersant with the characteristics of low viscosity and stable slurry. It can also be used for pigment dispersion.

It can be used to disperse a variety of pigments, especially suitable for grinding and dispersing calcium carbonate.

The usage is smaller, and only a small amount can be added to make a high-concentration, low-viscosity pigment dispersion.

The dispersed pigments have lower viscosity and better stability, effectively controlling the re-sticking phenomenon of the coating.

It has good compatibility with a variety of coating chemicals.

Directions:

The recommended usage of pigment dispersion is 0.08-0.24% (on an absolute dry basis).

The recommended usage for grinding and dispersing is 0.2-0.7% (on an absolute dry basis).

This product is anionic and should not be used together with strong cationic chemical additives.
