Performance characteristics
1. Foam-free, free of silicones, polyethers and defoaming agents;
2. Resistant to high alkali and 20% NaOH aqueous solution;
3． Resistant to hard water, can resist water hardness >50000ppm;
4． Excellent rust resistance and good aluminum corrosion inhibition;
5. Excellent extreme pressure lubricity can effectively reduce the friction coefficient of the system and reduce losses;
6． Efficient oil removal and degreasing capabilities, especially suitable for no-foam or low-foam industrial washing.
Application scope
1. When used in low-foaming or non-foaming cleaning systems, it is recommended to add 5%-10% of the original solution;
2. When used in bubble-free cutting/grinding fluid systems, the recommended amount of raw solution added is 3%-8%.
