Used as a grease base oil, alkyl modified silicone oil has excellent lubricity, with a wear value of 0.079. It can be used for lubrication between stainless steel and titanium steel that are difficult to lubricate, and as a lubricating oil for aluminum machines.
Alkyl-modified silicone oil in the form of a grease-like solid can be used as a lubricant for fibers and yarns and as a processing rib agent for melt spinning after being mixed with paraffin wax.
Used as a release agent, it not only has excellent use effect, but also does not hinder subsequent printing, embossing and painting on the product surface. Used as a hydrophobic agent, it can lower the freezing point of crude oil and improve the impact strength of polypropylene.
Used as skin care and hair care products, hydrocarbon-based modified silicone oil can be added to the formulas of skin care and hair care products to improve lubricity and spreadability, give good sealing properties, and improve hair conditioning.
