4A molecular sieve is a special product with a pore size of about 4A. It is an alkali metal aluminosilicate and is widely used in the drying of gases and liquids.
Chemical formula: Na2O·Al2O3·2SiO2·9/2H2O
Silicon-aluminum ratio: SiO2/Al2O3≈2
Application
Deep drying of gases and liquids such as air, natural gas, alkanes, and refrigerants
Static drying of pharmaceutical packaging, electronic components and perishable materials; automotive brake balls
Regeneration
Removal of moisture: Dry gas at 200~350 degrees Celsius passes through the molecular sieve bed under a pressure of 0.3~0.5kg/cm2 for 3~4 hours, so that the product temperature reaches 150~1800C, and then cools.
Removing organic matter: replacing organic matter with water vapor and then removing moisture.
