Characteristics and uses
In TDI/MDI system,1604 is recommended to be used with prepolymer at 90℃-100℃. It has good processing performance and can give polyurethane elastomer excellent physical and chemical properties such as strength, heat resistance and solvent resistance.
The color of 1604 will darken when it is in contact with air for a long time. Nitrogen protection can avoid this phenomenon, but this darkening of color will not affect the physical and mechanical properties of the final elastomer.

Save
This product should be stored in a sealed container below 30℃ in a dark, dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture. The shelf life is 12 months. If the storage exceeds the shelf life, it can still be used after passing the inspection of the main application indicators.
For unused products, the remaining products should be sealed and stored immediately to avoid contact with air or other contaminants.
