Usage
The modified thiadiazole derivative TH571 has good oil solubility and is an ashless liquid metal deactivation, antioxidant and anti-wear additive. It can form a complete sulfide film on the copper surface. This protective film is good for copper materials. Has good corrosion inhibition effect. It is a metal deactivator for metal cutting fluids and an extreme pressure anti-wear agent for lubricating oils, which can significantly inhibit the corrosion of sulfides produced during use. It is suitable for use as bearing preservative, anti-wear agent and metal deactivator in anti-wear hydraulic oil, low-temperature hydraulic oil, turbine oil and gasoline engine oil. Used in emulsions as extreme pressure agents, bacteria and oxidation inhibitors, and in internal combustion engine oils as antioxidants. - -General dosage is 0.03-0.05%.
