Introduction and application of CAS No.1380575-43-8 | LDK-378 dihydrochloride
LDK-378 dihydrochloride is a molecule that is used in the treatment of cancer. It inhibits tyrosine kinases, which are enzymes involved in cell signaling and growth. LDK-378 dihydrochloride has been shown to be effective against cancers that have developed resistance to other treatments, such as butyrate, chloroformate, nitro, and hydrochloric acid. It has been shown to inhibit the production of reactive oxygen species and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in mouse models with lung cancer. The effective dose of ceritinib dihydrochloride is not yet known.
