Performance features
The dosage is small, and the water reduction rate can reach 20-35%.
There is basically no loss in slump of concrete mixed with this agent for 1.5 hours.
This product has significant growth effect, with compressive strength >145% at 3d, >140% at 7d, and >125% at 28d.
This product has a high plasticizing function. It can increase the slump of concrete by more than 15cm while keeping the water-cement ratio unchanged. It can be used to prepare high-slump pumping concrete and high-performance concrete above C50.
While maintaining the same concrete strength, 15-25% of cement can be saved.
After adding this agent, the impermeability and carbonation resistance of concrete can be significantly improved, and the durability of concrete can be improved.
This agent has strong adaptability, and has a compound effect with naphthalene series. It can be formulated with C80-C100 concrete, and the slump can be maintained for 2 hours with basically no loss.
Every time a batch of goods arrives, it will be tested and used only if it meets the user's requirements.
Dosage range
Powder 0.3~0.8%, liquid 1.0~2.5%.
Packaging and storage
Liquid is packed in iron drums, 200kg per drum. Powder is packed in double-layer packaging with inner plastic film and outer woven bag, 25kg per bag.
This product should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse and has a shelf life of one year.
