It is a green product.
Instructions for use
This product is suitable for various steel formwork, wooden formwork, various resin molds, etc., especially for various special-shaped formwork. This product is a water-emulsible product. When using, mix this product with 1: (4-5). Stir evenly before use. Before use, the mold should be cleaned first. When using, you can borrow a brush or paint roller. Use tools such as mold sprayers and mold sprayers to evenly spray the mold surface. For special-shaped mold surfaces or corners and turns on the mold surface, you can spray 1-2 more times. After spraying, wait until the release agent is completely dry before spraying. The next step is carried out. Under normal circumstances, the sprayed mold can be left for several days without affecting the use effect. However, if it is washed away by rain, re-coating may be carried out depending on the situation.
Packaging and storage
This product is packed in iron barrels or plastic barrels, the specification is 200kg/barrel or according to customer needs.
Precautions
When using this product for the first time, the working surface of the mold should be polished and cleaned once, and then used for initial coating with a higher concentration diluent. The good surface effect of this product needs to be used continuously for more than 3 times to be reflected;
Use the diluted release agent within 24 hours as much as possible to avoid biodegradation affecting the use effect;
During open-air construction in the rainy season, attention should be paid to preventing rain. Rainwater washing will reduce the effectiveness of the water-soluble release agent;
Reasonable vibration methods can enhance the effectiveness of the release agent;
This product cannot be mixed with other release agents or used interchangeably.
