Characteristics and uses
3767 is an aliphatic imine latent curing agent made from alicyclic diamines and ketone-aldehyde compounds. It is normally a low-viscosity liquid, has good compatibility with NCO-based polyurethane prepolymers, and can reduce the viscosity of room temperature curing polyurethane systems.
3767 quickly decomposes when exposed to moisture, and the generated active amino groups quickly react with isocyanate groups and solidify, which can prevent the carbon dioxide gas generated by the reaction between isocyanate groups and water from forming pores in the adhesive layer.
3767 is mainly recommended for use in one-component moisture-curing polyurethane coating systems, which can solve the foaming problem of polyurethane systems during moisture curing. It can also be used in one-component polyurethane adhesives, sealants, and two-component polyurethane products.
3767 latent curing agent product is an environmentally friendly product. It does not produce unpleasant odors during production and construction, has low VOC emissions, and gives the polyurethane cured product good mechanical properties. It is recommended to determine the appropriate dosage and storage stability in a one-component polyurethane system through small experiments in advance.

This product is sensitive to water and will quickly decompose and become ineffective when exposed to moisture (water). It should be sealed and stored in a well-ventilated, dry and dark place. If only part of the raw materials in the container are used, fill it with nitrogen before resealing to prevent product activity from being reduced or ineffective.
Shelf life is 6 months. If the sealed storage exceeds the shelf life as required, it can still be used after passing the inspection of the main application indicators.
