Instructions
Before spinning: add 0.5%-1% of our company's HC-4018 polyester staple fiber unified oil agent
Post-spinning: Use HC-5578 silicone oil directly, and adjust the amount according to the effect required by the fiber.
Precautions when applying
1) Hot air speed ≥1.5 meters/second
2) Moisture content of fiber strips:﹤10%
3) Carrying rate of bath solution: 8-10%
4) Silicone carrying rate: 0.4-0.6% for fiber weight
5) This product cannot be mixed with anionic additives.
