Usage
Used as super accelerator for natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and latex. The vulcanization speed is faster than that of thiuram accelerator. It is suitable for rapid pressure vulcanization. It is also suitable for hot air vulcanization and latex vulcanization with water-insoluble accelerator. The critical temperature of vulcanization is low, so special attention must be paid to scorch during mixing. When the vulcanization temperature is higher than 121°C, the vulcanization flatness narrows sharply. This product requires zinc oxide. In addition to being used alone, it can also be used as the second accelerator of thiazole accelerators. This product is pollution-free and vulcanized rubber is odorless and tasteless. Mainly used for manufacturing latex products, tapes, rubber shoes and other self-vulcanizing glues.
