Recommended dosage

Dispersant supply form as a percentage of pigment weight:

Titanium dioxide: 2-4%

Inorganic pigments: 5-10%

Organic pigments: 20-40%

Carbon black: 30-60%

Application Effect

AC-1292 is a standard wetting and dispersing agent in solvent-based wood paint, industrial paint and architectural paint primer. It has an excellent and irreplaceable effect in preventing hard precipitation. It is also extremely effective when used in the preparation of organic bentonite pregel.

Recommended Usage

It has wide applicability. The amount added varies according to different usage systems. The amount added to inorganic pigments is 2%-10%, and the amount added to titanium dioxide is 2%-4% (depending on the specific surface area of ​​the pigment).

Add the dispersing agent to the base material and stir well, then add pigments and fillers for dispersion. It is suitable for any dispersion method such as sand milling, roller milling, ball milling, etc.

Due to the characteristics of the unsaturated polymer chain of this substance, long-term storage will cause the color to darken, but the performance will not be affected.
