ZTS-PI-IV Polyimide

1. The temperature of the press rises to 400-420°C, and the mold materials are put into the machine; 2. Pressurize 100KN, and keep the temperature and pressure for 1-1.5 hours; 3. Pressurize 400-500KN, keep the temperature and pressure for 20 minutes, and then press Air-cool the machine temperature to 230°C, reduce the pressure, and unload the mold; 4. Continue to lower the mold to normal temperature and take out the product.

ZTS-PI-IV is a special polyimide thermoplastic resin developed and produced. It has the characteristics of high heat resistance, good mechanical properties, not easy to deform under pressure, and easier to process. Graphite powder, carbon black, glass fiber powder, ceramic powder, carbon fiber, aramid fiber, metal powder, molybdenum disulfide powder, absorbing materials and other blending modifications can be added according to different requirements to produce bearings, valves, seals, Various mechanical parts such as gears, pipe fittings, plates and rods, as well as wave-absorbing invisible materials.
