Performance features
◆Low dosage (3-7% of cementitious material), cement concrete sets and hardens quickly, and the initial and final setting interval is short;
◆The early strength of concrete is high, the 1d strength of mortar specimens can exceed 10MPa, and the strength decreases little in the later period, and the strength can reach 90%- in 28 days;
◆No adverse effects on the durability of concrete. Since the alkali-free accelerator does not contain alkaline substances, it reduces the damage to concrete caused by the introduction of alkaline substances, such as alkali aggregate reaction; at the same time, it strictly limits CL- content to avoid corrosion of steel bars;
◆There is no dust during the spraying process and the amount of rebound is reduced, thereby protecting the health of construction workers and reducing material waste;
◆Hardened concrete has good compactness and impermeability, and can be formulated with high-strength shotcrete.
Instructions
It should be added to the accelerating setting agent silo of the spraying machine for use during spraying. Depending on the type, dosage and water-cement ratio of the cement, the setting accelerating effect and the development of concrete physical properties can be adjusted by changing the dosage. Ambient temperature will affect the setting rate and early performance of shotcrete. The specific dosage should be determined based on performance requirements, environmental conditions, and experimental adjustments. Reducing the water-cement ratio as much as possible can improve the durability and final mechanical properties of shotcrete. Add accelerating setting agent and superplasticizer at the same time; the thickness of the sprayed concrete layer in one shot shall not be less than 10cm, and the thickness of the sprayed side wall shall not be less than 15cm. It can bond the shotcrete to the rock surface, reduce rebound, and close the shotcrete layer; it cannot be mixed with other shotcrete accelerators. If you want to use other types of accelerators, please clean the entire thing with water; The product is weakly acidic and slightly corrosive. Avoid long-term contact with the skin. If it splashes on the skin, please wash it immediately with water.
Packaging and storage
This product is packed in plastic barrels, 200kg or 1000kg per barrel.
Protect from frost or direct sunlight, shelf life is half a year.
