This product is a water-immersed rod-type anchoring agent. It has the characteristics of easy operation, reliability, and short setting time. It can avoid some defects of grouting anchors and ensure the quality of anchor construction.

Due to its excellent performance, users can choose end anchors or full anchors for construction. When selected as an end anchor, the construction unit must conduct a construction site test to verify the end anchor length, anchoring force, setting time, etc.

This product can produce anchoring agents with different specifications and properties according to user needs.

Select anchoring agent specifications and anchor rods according to design requirements.

Using a pressure air pipe to clean the floating dust and debris in the borehole can bring out the best performance of the anchoring agent.

Before using the anchoring agent, immerse the product in water for about 1 minute until there are no bubbles in the water before taking it out. If it is anchoring or blocking water under the water inrush section, the anchoring agent should be immersed for 20-30 seconds before taking it out.

Insert the anchoring agents taken out after being soaked into the anchor holes one by one with tools (wooden sticks or cannon sticks, etc.), and compact them one by one. Immediately use an anchor drill or pneumatic anchor mixer to push the anchor within 2 minutes. Go to the bottom of the anchor hole, and then use wooden blocks or stones to temporarily fix the tail of the rod body in the middle of the drill hole (do not displace or shake the rod body before curing).

Packaging and storage

This product should be stored in dry and ventilated conditions without exposure to sunlight or moisture.

The storage period of this product is six months. After unpacking and using it, the remaining products should be tightly packed in the inner bag to prevent moisture. Special attention should be paid to moisture-proof storage of batch products. If it gets damp, the anchoring agent roll will harden, which will affect the anchoring force or even fail. Therefore, the damp anchoring agent should pass the test before use, otherwise it will affect the quality and construction of anchor spraying.

This product is packed in cartons of 20Kg, 25Kg, and 30Kg per carton, and is integrally packaged with plastic film. It needs to be protected from rain and sun exposure during transportation.
