This product is processed with nylon product blown film, cast film, co-extruded film, stretch film and other plastics.
Performance
●Reduce the accumulation of PA in the dead corners of the screw, reduce machine cleaning time, and improve production efficiency.
●Reduce crystal points and microcrystal points caused by film blowing or extrusion processes.
●Improve the surface brightness and micro-surface smoothness of the film material, making the film surface more translucent and the printing effect more prominent.
●It can increase the extrusion speed and reduce the internal pressure of the die and the power consumption of the main motor without changing the film blowing or extrusion process conditions.
●Can improve the fluidity of nylon.

It depends on product requirements, raw material formula, membrane material production process conditions, membrane material use ambient temperature and membrane surface treatment.
The recommended addition ratio is: 0.5%--2%
