These two levels of hexagonal boron nitride products are sintered at 1800~2000℃. They are monolithic crystals with high crystallinity, complete wafer development and large wafer size, reaching the advanced level of similar foreign products. In recent years, due to the significant increase in the assembly density of electronic circuits, more heat energy needs to be transmitted through electronic components, thus promoting the development of the thermally conductive plastic industry, such as LEDs, small electronic terminal equipment, automobile engine control components, and batteries. The thermal conductivity of traditional plastics is basically at the level of 0.1~0.4 W/mK. In order to increase the thermal conductivity of plastics, functional fillers must be used.
