Application process
Usage: Adjust the oil concentration according to the production equipment, process conditions and target OPU. The target OPU polypropylene staple fiber is 0.3-0.9%
Precautions
1) Water quality requirements: conductivity below 10us/cm, hardness below 3mg/L (as CaCO3), pH between 6.0-8.0.
2) This oil is used for the production of polypropylene short fiber. Before using this oil for other purposes, please test the suitability before use.
3) All chemicals may have adverse effects on the environment and human body. Please refer to the International Chemical Safety Instructions for details.
4) This oil will become turbid or frozen below 0°C. Before use, warm it to 20-30°C to completely dissolve it before use. It will not affect the quality.
5) This product has a shelf life of 6 months. Avoid direct sunlight and transport it safely.
