Scope of application

Polyether defoaming agents are mainly used for antibiotics, lysine, yeast, sugar, monosodium glutamate, wine making, protease, oxytetracycline, penicillin, erythromycin, streptomycin, chloramphenicol, tetracycline, abamectin, Rifampicin, biopesticides and other fermentation industries can also be used in papermaking, printing and dyeing, oil drilling, emulsifiers, cleaning agents, metal cutting fluids, synthetic fiber oils, chemicals and other fields.

How to use

① Use in basic materials: During the fermentation process of MSG, antibiotics, proteases, etc., just add the defoaming agent into the basic materials. The recommended dosage is about 0.05%-0.1%. The specific dosage can be determined according to the actual situation of each manufacturer.
② It can be added directly during food processing such as oil esterification, evaporation and dehydration, wine brewing and distillation, sugar liquid concentration, etc. The recommended usage amount is about 0.05%.

Packaging, storage and transportation

①This product is packed in 25KG or 200KG iron drums.
② Transport as non-dangerous goods. This product should be packed and handled with care during loading, unloading, and transportation. It should not be inverted, violently vibrated, impacted, or exposed to the sun or rain.
③ Suitable for room temperature storage. Under the specified storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is one year from the date of production.
