Application areas
This product is widely used as high temperature resistant anti-corrosion coating (200~400℃), insulating coating, weather-resistant coating, etc.
Construction reference
1. Two-component curing at room temperature, used in conjunction with 650 polyamide or T-31. The amount of 650 added is 20-25% of the total resin, and the amount of T-31 is about 10% of the total resin.
2. Bake and solidify at high temperature, raise the temperature to 180℃ for one hour to completely solidify. It can also be combined with amino resin to shorten the curing time.
3. The diluting solvent used for this product must not contain moisture, acid, alkali, amine compounds, sulfur-containing compounds, pyridine and its impurities, otherwise it will affect the adhesion, dryness and other properties of the resin paint film.
4. This product contains xylene and other flammable and explosive solvents that volatilize. During processing, attention should be paid to strengthening on-site ventilation, paying attention to fire prevention, and strictly cutting off fire sources. Operators should pay attention to labor protection.
5. The equipment and utensils used in the processing of this product must be clean. Strictly prevent the mixing of dust, foreign matter and water.

Packaging, storage and transportation
Packed in 200kg iron drum, sealed and stored under 30°C in a ventilated, dry, and cool place, protected from direct sunlight, and kept away from heat sources. The storage period is half a year (it can still be used if it passes the analysis after the expiration date), and is transported as dangerous goods.
