Precautions
1. When preparing and adding, do not put the dye directly into the dyeing tank. Please fully dissolve it with hot water (about 80℃) in other containers before adding it to the dyeing tank. Mix well.
2. Do not use water containing iron ions and phosphate ions. It is best to use ion exchange water or pure water.
3. It is better to use stainless steel, heat-resistant resin surface coating, ceramic materials, etc. for the dyeing tank. Do not use treatment tanks containing iron, lead, etc.
4. Air and mechanical stirring are beneficial to improve the dyeability and dyeing speed. Since continuous dyeing operations will mix in various impurities, it must be filtered regularly.
Packaging and storage
This product is packaged in 1KG/barrel, 5KG/barrel, 10KG/carton, and 25KG/carton. Store airtight in a ventilated place at room temperature.
