Characteristic
1. It has reactive groups in the molecule, which can combine with dyes and fibers to improve the color fixing effect.
2. The product will not produce free formaldehyde after color fixation and meets the requirements of green environmental protection.
Scope of application: Suitable for dyeing with reactive and direct dyes or fixing of printing. It is particularly effective in fixing reactive dyes.
Process parameters
Add deionized water to dissolve the fixative powder as needed.
Fixing agent dosage: 2%--3% (o.w.f)
Fixation temperature: 45--60°C
Time: 30-40 minutes
PH value: 6-7
Process flow
Dyeing → washing (→ soaping → washing) → color fixation → washing → other finishing processes
Things to note
① Before fixing, it must be rinsed thoroughly with clean water to prevent residues from affecting the fixing effect;
② After solidification, rinse with clean water to avoid affecting the effect of subsequent processes;
③ The level of PH value will also affect the color fixation effect and the color light of the fabric. Please adjust according to the actual situation.
④ The increase in the amount of color-fixing agent and the increase in temperature will help improve the color-fixing effect, but if it is too high, it may cause discoloration;
⑤ The factory should adjust the specific process according to the actual situation of the factory and through the sample, so as to achieve the best color fixing effect.
Packaging and storage methods
1. The packaging is in 25KG lined woven bags.
2. Store in a dark, dry and cool room. Use as soon as possible after opening the package to avoid moisture. The sealed storage period is half a year.
