Purpose
Due to the steric hindrance caused by the branched structure of diisobutylamine in the molecule, ZDIBC can significantly reduce N-nitrosamines during the vulcanization process compared with general unbranched similar super accelerators. The generation of substances is an environmentally friendly accelerator with high efficiency and good mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber. It is a super accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. It can be used in NR latex to replace ZDEC and ZDBC.

Storage
