Cross-linking agent SaC-100 is a trifunctional cross-linking agent that can cross-link with the carboxyl groups of the polymer (166 equivalents); in most cases, each equivalent of carboxyl groups can react with 0.6 equivalents of SaC-100. Obtain the best improvement effect, but some systems require an equivalent amount of cross-linking agent to react with it; generally, 2% or 3% SaC-100 (calculated by weight) is required to cross-link all acrylic or polyurethane dispersions. , SaC-100 should be added before use in varnishes, coatings and inks. Due to its excellent miscibility, it can be stirred by hand. The best method is: first mix SaC-100 with water 1:1 Dissolve and then add to the system.
