Recommended use
Ink: Increase the adhesion of ink to different substrates, avoid ink drag during printing, enhance the ink's resistance to water and chemicals, and speed up the curing time;
Varnish: Enhance the adhesion of the paint surface on different substrates, prevent the paint surface from bulging, enhance the paint surface's resistance to water scrubbing and chemical corrosion, enhance its surface resistance to high temperatures, and enhance its surface friction resistance;
Leather and textile: Improve the washing resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, friction resistance of the coating, enhance the adhesion between the coating and the substrate, and speed up the curing time;
Plastic film: Enhance antistatic properties, improve coating aggregation, and enhance coating adhesion.
Adhesives: Increase adhesion strength, speed up curing time, and improve adhesion between coatings and special substrates (such as polyolefin, marble, stainless steel, and glass).
Instructions
The cross-linking agent can undergo cross-linking reaction at room temperature, but the effect is better at 60-80 degrees; this cross-linking agent is a two-component cross-linking agent and should be added before use. Once added, it should be used within one day. Complete, otherwise partial gelation will form; usually the added amount is 1-3% of the solid content of the emulsion. Add **** when the PH value of the emulsion is 9.0-9.5. Do not use it in acidic media (PH<7);* The best way to add it is to first mix the cross-linking agent and water in a ratio of 1:1 and then immediately add it to the system and stir evenly.
Handle with care and avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Try to use in a ventilated environment.
When spraying, pay special attention to oral and nasal inhalation, and wear a special mask when operating.
