3-Triethoxysilylpropylsuccinic acid anhydride (3TSPSA) is a reactive aliphatic hydrocarbon that is used in coatings and analytical chemistry. 3TSPSA has high resistance to acidic media and can be used as a receptor molecule in photoelectron spectroscopy.

This compound also has the ability to polymerize aromatic hydrocarbons, making it useful as a polymerization initiator. 3TSPSA can also be used as an optical property modifier. 3TSPSA's immobilization properties make it a popular candidate for use in micro- and nanoscale devices.
