1,3-Naphthalenedisulfonic acid, 7-amino-, monopotassium salt (also known as NDS-7A) is a synthetic sulfonated naphthalene derivative. It is a colorless crystalline solid that is soluble in water and organic solvents. It has been found to be an effective chelating agent, an antioxidant, and a pH buffer. It has also been used as a stabilizer for enzymes, proteins, and lipids.
