Acetic acid preparation: Add a volume fraction of 0.5% to 5.0% acetic acid, mainly used in foods such as rice and salads; Glycerin preparation: The added amount is O.01%~5% by volume, mainly used in foods containing a high amount of animal protein milk protein; Glycine preparation: The addition amount is 0.01% -10% by mass, and when combined with polylysine, the synergistic antibacterial effect is better.
