Application Instructions
Take a certain amount of resin WUV8806, add a certain amount of PETA, Photoinitiator 1173, Leveling agent BYK333, and water/industrial alcohol mixture. Mix at high speed until uniform. Spray onto the substrate, then bake in an oven at 60–80°C for 10 minutes. Finally, cure in a UV curing machine (recommended light intensity: 400 mJ/cm², speed: 20 m/s) to obtain a cured film.
Storage Stability
Keep the resin away from fire and store it in a cool, dark, and well-ventilated place to avoid danger or affecting storage stability. It can be stored at room temperature for six months without deterioration. After use, please tighten the drum lid to avoid light exposure and gelation or skinning.
