Defoamer AC-2046 is TEGO® Airex 900 alternatives, Defoamer AC-2046 is a solvent-based silicone defoamer with excellent performance. It is suitable for solvent-based, solvent-free and radiation-curing coatings, especially for radiation-curing systems and two-component epoxy systems, especially for color paint formulations. It has a wide range of applications, including: amine/amide-cured epoxy floor coatings, solvent-based and radiation-cured screen printing inks, radiation-cured varnishes, wood and furniture coatings, and amine/amide-cured epoxy baking varnishes.

Addition method
When used in paint formulations, it is recommended to add it during the grinding stage. Stir before use, pre-dilution or add directly to the paint in the supplied form.
Pre-dilution with the recommended solvent will facilitate addition and mixing. The additive must be mixed under high shear force.
