This product uses polysilazane as a film-forming substance, including diluent, retarder, leveling agent and other additives. It is used to solve the problem of room temperature construction and room temperature curing that is difficult to achieve with general ceramic coatings. The pencil hardness is higher than 4H non-yellowing, suitable for coating repair, wear-resistant fireproof coating, hydrophobic self-cleaning anti-aging coating for outdoor use, suitable for outdoor working conditions below 150℃ and short-term high temperature working conditions of 800℃, etc. (Note: different The products corresponding to the base material will be different). Raw materials such as skin-friendly antibacterial main paint mainly use ionic compounds. After curing, they form covalent bonds with the base material, which greatly improves the mechanical strength of the coating through chemical combination.

In terms of compound performance, it is similar to ZG-201. It uses special acid and alkali resistant raw materials. The coating performance is stable and does not easily react with the medium. At the same time, the raw materials with sheet structure and rod structure are also effective in resisting ultraviolet light and cracking. Very good reinforcement effect, thus effectively resisting environmental influences. It has been widely used in aerospace, petroleum and petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power, and military systems. Standard processing procedures


Surface cleaning → roughening → cleaning and blowing → 106 room temperature curing silazane treatment → curing

Process description


 

1. Roughing treatment: Before applying 106 room temperature curing silazane, grind or sandblast the surface of the substrate to remove rust, dust, dirt, etc. attached to the surface of the object to be treated. The roughening treatment has a great influence on the coating effect. The best is Sa2.5 and the minimum is St3 without scale (GB/T 30790.4-2014), so please pay full attention.

 

2. Cleaning: Use special cleaning agent or degreasing agent to remove oil, dust, etc. remaining on the roughened surface.

 

3. Drying of the substrate: Before applying 106 room temperature curing silazane, make sure the surface of the substrate is dry and clean.

 

4. Coating mixing: This product is a single component. Before use, the 106 room temperature curing silazane should be fully shaken and filtered with 400 mesh for later use.

 

5. Paint application: The laboratory spraying method of 0.5-1.0 caliber spray gun has better appearance and uniformity.

 

6. Curing: After spraying, curing at room temperature should be done for 1 hour to the touch, more than 4 hours to the touch, and more than 24 hours to dry. It can also be cured quickly by heating.

 

Special instructions: This product is a one-component product that can be cured at room temperature. Please use it within 6 hours after opening the barrel. When the construction time is long, construction tools should be cleaned to prevent construction tools from solidifying. It is recommended to spray it in one pass and the dry film thickness should not exceed 200um, otherwise the coating performance will be reduced.

 

Storage and transportation


 

1. It must be stored in accordance with national regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, and away from heat and fire sources. Packaging containers must be kept tightly closed and stored with care.

 

2. The storage temperature should be between 5℃ and 30℃, and the storage period is 6 months.

 

3. Unused paint must be stored with the lid closed and sealed.

 

4. The prepared unused paint cannot be recycled and should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

 

5. Products that have exceeded the shelf life can only be used after passing the test.
