Use
It is used for pre-film cleaning of circulating cooling water, oil pipelines, and heat exchangers. It is suitable for black colors, especially for refinery cleaning and non-stop cleaning.
Instructions
Before driving, add 800~1000ppm of this product into the normal temperature raw water, adjust the PH to 4~5, and add 100~200ppm of defoaming agent. After 48 hours of cold operation, increase the PH value to 6~6.5, and after 48 hours of cold operation Discharge until the total inorganic phosphate content is less than 10 ppm. When system rust and calcium scale are serious, the pH can be lowered to 3~4. If you continue to add 250 ppm of dispersive pre-film agent and pre-film in water with pH 7~7.8 for 48 hours, the effect will be better.
Packaging and storage
This product is packed in a 25Kg plastic barrel and stored in a ventilated place indoors. The storage period is two years. If there are layers, it can be stirred before use without affecting the effect.
