Features
XJ-346 diesel pour point depressant is formulated from multi-polymers containing long-chain alkyl groups and strong polar groups and active substances. Its molecular structure and composition are different from other pour point depressants currently on the market. Different models are suitable for each Diesel produced by processing different crude oils. After conducting usability experiments based on the diesel composition of different refineries, the results are significant and the economic benefits are considerable.
Scope of application
This product is suitable for refinery diesel additives.
Instructions
1. The use effect of this product not only depends on the performance of the product itself, but also is closely related to the composition of the added oil. A small test in the laboratory should be carried out before use to determine the optimal addition amount.
2. If the pour point depressant is stored at a lower temperature, it should be heated to above 50°C before use to ensure that it is in a solution state before being added to diesel. It is also recommended to add it at a temperature above the cloud point of the diesel, that is, when wax has not yet separated from the diesel.
3. Reference addition amount: 0.5‰～1.0‰.
4. Mix the pour point depressant with diesel oil according to the ratio (1:15) to form a mother liquid, and then mix the mother liquid and diesel oil evenly.
Packaging and storage
1. This product is packed in plastic barrels, with a net weight of 175kg per barrel. Other forms of packaging can also be used according to customer needs or agreements reached between the supply and demand parties.
2. Storage and transportation: Storage and transportation of flammable chemicals.
3. The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, the storage temperature should not be higher than 40℃, and the validity period is one year.
