Special Styrene Butadiene Latex For Carpets

This product is a copolymer produced by emulsion polymerization of butadiene, styrene, a small amount of carboxylic acid and other additives. It is a milky white aqueous dispersion with a bluish purple luster. It has a high proportion of styrene and has high adhesion and film strength. It has the advantages of good mechanical and chemical stability, good fluidity and storage stability, and large filling volume. The residual harmful benzene monomers are very small, and it is an environmentally friendly product.

This product can be used as the backing adhesive material for medium and high-end tufted carpets and needle-punched carpets. The carpets made of it are soft to the touch, do not crack and have good elasticity. It can also be used in the processing of artificial leather, non-woven fabrics and outerwear impregnation products.
