SA850/PA-9001 Adhesive

This product is a solvent-based two-component adhesive that needs to be used in conjunction with the curing agent PA-9001. It mainly uses various membrane materials, membranes and aluminum materials as bonding objects, and has high peel strength and water boiling resistance.

Application process

1. Dilution: It is recommended to mix the curing agent and solvent evenly before adding the main agent for mechanical processing. The stirring time should not be less than 5 minutes;
2. Dry coating amount: The recommended dry coating amount is 5~5.5g/m2;
3. Drying temperature: The recommended drying temperature is 80-100°C, depending on the drying conditions;
4. Composite temperature: Recommended composite temperature is 40-60℃;
5. Ripening conditions: It is recommended that the aging temperature is 50-60°C and the aging time is 2-3 days.

Precautions

1. Avoid moisture entry and keep dry;
2. Use the ingredients as soon as possible after mixing. It is recommended to use them within 2-4 hours;
3. The diluent can be ethyl acetate or methyl ethyl ketone with a moisture content not exceeding 0.2%; ethanol and other alcoholic solvents containing active hydrogen cannot be used;
