Polyimide composite powder coating is a kind of polyimide ultrafine resin powder as the matrix, which is compounded by adding various additives such as dispersant and leveling agent. It is a solvent-free, 100 % is a new type of solid powder coating. This product exists in the form of fine dry powder and is suitable for electrostatic spraying processes. It is solvent-free and pollution-free. After spraying is completed, part of the powder can be recycled, saving energy and resources. The polyimide used in this product is a special engineering resin with excellent performance. It has excellent chemical stability, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent weather resistance, and excellent dielectric properties. 2. Heat resistance: long-term use temperature can reach 185°C; intermittent high use temperature allowed is 240°C.

4. Chemical stability: good hydrolytic stability; good corrosion resistance to a variety of chemical substances, such as gasoline fluids, fully halogenated hydrocarbons, alcohol and aqueous solutions.
