General description and application

The excellent thermal stability of ALFA-295 (TGA 5% > 400 ℃) makes it a unique flame retardant and can meet the process requirements of thermoplastic resins.

In addition, ALFA-295 exhibits a high thermal deformation melting point (DSC, 150 ℃) and has good results in higher temperature resins.

ALFA-295 is particularly recommended for styrene, epoxy resins (faster, repeatable thermal cycling technology on printed circuit boards), and thermoplastic resins that require very high temperatures in processing, such as polyamide and nylon resins.

Handling and shipping instructions

This product can be packed in 25kg paper bags.

The product must be kept in a dry, cool place, away from sunlight and away from moisture and water contamination. Please follow good hygiene and safety procedures when handling. Use in a well-ventilated area.

To prevent leakage, absorb inert materials and place them in chemical waste containers. Prevent them from flowing into water sources and waterways.
