Preparing 1000L bath liquid for the first time:
First add 1/3 volume of water into the tank, then add HH315X phosphating liquid in a ratio of 1:2.5, and stir evenly. Then add water to the specified value, stir the tank liquid, and take a sample to measure the total acidity. Add water to 1000L, stir the tank liquid, and finally take a sample to measure the total acidity.
Adjustment of bath liquid 1000L:
As the number of workpieces processed increases, the total acidity of the bath liquid will gradually decrease, requiring regular testing and replenishment. The method is to add HH315X to the bath liquid to increase the total acidity. For every 10 kilograms of HH315X added, the total acid increases by 5 to 8 points, and the free acid increases by 0.1 to 0.2 points. If the free acid is too high, soda ash can be added for debugging: add 2 kilograms to 1 ton of bath liquid to decrease by 1 point.
