Instructions
1. The dosage of fuel-saving agent is 2.5‰ of the heavy oil dosage. The recommended dosage for the first time is 3‰.
2. The fuel-saving agent has very good oil solubility and does not require special auxiliary equipment. It can be directly pumped into the heavy oil storage tank together with heavy oil.
3. When using, add it to the heavy oil pump port according to the proportion, and add a static mixer to the heavy oil pump port.

The effect of using LT-899 heavy fuel economy agent
1. It can reduce the viscosity of heavy fuel, significantly improve its fluidity, and reduce the nozzle pressure.
2. The atomization effect during combustion is improved, the excess air coefficient is reduced, the sprayed oil mist area is expanded and uniform, and the coking and ash accumulation in the nozzle and oil-fired boiler disappear. The original slightly black phenomenon in the ceramic tunnel kiln firing zone disappears, and the combustion becomes more complete and thorough.
3. The combustion temperature is generally increased by more than 25°C, the thermal efficiency is significantly improved, and the fuel saving rate can reach 5-12%.
4. The high-temperature corrosion of the boiler and the low-temperature dew point corrosion of the tail are effectively suppressed.
5. Smoke emissions have improved, which is beneficial to environmental protection.
